GK MOBILI IKE, a private limited company with the name GK MOBILI IKE and the distinctive title GK MOBILI, located in Athens - Evelpidon 55 (Tax ID:800878576), collects your personal data directly from you and/or from publicly accessible sources. These data are in the first case what you have disclosed to us and in the second case your full name and contact details. The purpose of our processing is to:

Apart from our employees, who carry out the above limited processing of your personal data on behalf of our company, there are no other recipients of your personal data. Your data may only be transmitted in the event of a transaction and exclusively for the purposes of the transaction (e.g. to our company's drivers for the transport and delivery of the products of your order). Your data is kept by our company for twenty (20) years.
You have the following rights:

b) Request the rectification and/or completion of your personal data in order to make it complete and accurate (right of rectification), by providing any necessary document showing the need for rectification or completion.

Requests under c), d) and e) may not be satisfied in part or in full, if there is a legitimate interest or obligation of our company (e.g. contract operation).
The exercise of the above rights is prospective and does not relate to data processing already carried out.

Our company will make every effort to respond to your request within thirty (30) days of submission. Our company will inform you in any case of extension of the deadline within thirty (30) days. Our company will not charge you any financial charges for the exercise of the above rights, unless they are manifestly unfounded, excessive or repetitive.
Our company implements appropriate organizational and technical measures to ensure the security of your data, to ensure their confidentiality, processing and protection from accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access and any other form of unlawful processing.
